1. Scope of Services

The Company provides chauffeur-driven transportation services only.
Vehicles are not available for self-drive rental.

Services may include:

  • Chauffeur “Disposal” (hourly hire)
  • Airport transfers
  • Corporate transportation
  • City tours (certified guide available upon request, additional fee applies)
  • Nationwide travel within Romania

2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 Minimum Duration

Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
There is no maximum duration.

For services exceeding 12 consecutive hours, the Company reserves the right to replace:

  • The driver
  • The vehicle
  • Or both

For travel outside Bucharest, additional charges (including driver allowance/diurnal) may apply.

2.2 Availability

Bookings are automatically confirmed if availability exists.

If no vehicle is available at the requested time:

  • The client may submit a request
  • The Company may offer the nearest available alternative
  • Trusted partners may be used to fulfill the request

A buffer time of approximately 2–2.5 hours is required between bookings.

2.3 Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings can be made at any time.

ASAP bookings may incur an additional charge, which will be communicated prior to confirmation.

3. Pricing

Standard rate: €40/hour, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pricing applies within Bucharest and surrounding areas.
  • No airport vehicle delivery.
  • No one-way rental options.

Additional services (guide, extended travel, waiting time beyond agreed schedule, etc.) will be quoted separately.

All prices may be displayed in EUR or local currency equivalent.

4. Payment

Payment methods accepted:

  • Cash
  • POS (card)
  • Online payment (if enabled)

Payment is due at the end of the service unless agreed otherwise.

5. Passenger Capacity

Vehicles may accommodate up to 7 passengers, depending on configuration.

The client is responsible for ensuring passenger number and luggage volume fit within vehicle capacity.

6. Child Seats

Child seats may be provided free of charge, subject to availability and advance request.

7. Cancellations

Currently, no fixed cancellation policy applies.

The Company reserves the right to introduce cancellation conditions in the future.

In specific situations, proof of travel (e.g., flight ticket) may be requested.

8. Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Traffic delays
  • Flight delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Force majeure events

We commit to providing punctual and professional service to the best of our ability.

9. Passenger Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking inside vehicles
  • Illegal substances
  • Damaging company property

Passengers are liable for damages caused during service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes shall be resolved by Romanian courts.
