Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send a booking request we store the name, phone, email, pickup address, date, passenger count, luggage count, flight number if you gave one, and the message. The request is kept so we can confirm availability and run the transfer.

Why

The data is used to answer the request, dispatch a chauffeur, and issue an invoice if you ask for one. We do not sell the list.

How long

Booking records are kept for as long as the trip and the related invoice or dispute require. TODO: a fixed retention period once the company records are confirmed.
