01Who these terms cover

They cover the person who asks for the car and the passengers in it. If you book for someone else, you are responsible for the pickup details, the time, and the passenger count being right.

02Who we are

KrsRide is a chauffeur service based in Bucharest, Romania. We arrange rides in Bucharest and across the country. The company name, registration number, and registered address are the ones on the booking confirmation and on the invoice. For a given ride, the operator is the one that confirms the booking.

03The services

We can confirm an airport transfer, a long-distance ride between cities, a chauffeur at your disposal from two hours, and travel for companies or delegations, with an invoice or company billing when that is what you need. The fleet is Mercedes-Benz, including the fully electric EQV. The car on the day depends on availability, passengers, and luggage. We do not promise a registration number before the booking is confirmed.

04How a ride is confirmed

The form on the site, the phone, email, and WhatsApp are requests for availability. The form does not take payment, and sending it does not create a contract by itself. The ride is accepted when we confirm the route, the time, the pickup place, the passenger count, and the price or the way the price is calculated. We can decline a request when no car or chauffeur is free at the hour you asked for.

05What you tell us

At booking you confirm the route, the time, and the exact pickup and drop-off. A city centre is not an address a chauffeur can stop at. For an airport transfer, the flight number lets dispatch follow the landing. The meeting point in the terminal is set in the confirmation. The page does not promise a fixed door. A child seat is requested on the form. Whether one is free that morning is part of the availability reply. Luggage that does not fit the boot is something to mention before the day, not at the curb.

06Prices

Where a page shows a figure, that figure is the one-way ride as published. A same-day return, hours while the car waits, and destinations marked On request do not have a fixed fare on the site. We confirm them before the ride, in the same reply as the availability. An extra stop is not included in the transfer fare.

07Payment

Payment is at the end of the service: cash, card, online invoice, or company billing. We do not take an online deposit on the booking form. The way you pay is chosen when the ride is confirmed.

08Time between rides

We keep 2 to 2.5 hours between rides so the car is prepared and does not leave in a rush from the previous one. Because of that, an hour you ask for can be moved, or a request can be declined.

09Waiting, flights, and stops

How long the chauffeur waits is agreed when the booking is confirmed. We do not publish a fixed number of minutes if the aircraft is late. Send the new time and the wait is agreed then. Stops on the way are possible if you tell us before the day. Each stop adds waiting time, priced separately from the transfer. We do not guarantee an entry time at a castle, a museum, or a complex. Tickets are bought from the place itself. Entry to Therme București is not part of the ride.

10Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is confirmed with dispatch when the booking is accepted. This page does not publish a fixed cancellation fee. A change of time, address, or passenger count should be sent as early as you can, so we can see whether the car is still free. If you are not at the confirmed place and time, the ride can be closed as a no-show, on the terms stated in the confirmation.

11During the ride

The chauffeur drives. Passengers wear seat belts. We do not ask the chauffeur to break traffic rules or to carry more people than the car has seats for. Animals, unplanned stops, and unusual luggage are discussed before the day. The chauffeurs work in Romanian and English.

12What is not included

The transfer fare does not include entry tickets, meals, accommodation, or time spent inside a venue. Driving times on the site are a guide. Traffic, snow, and weekends on the Prahova Valley change the arrival. We do not promise that a mountain road is open.

13Liability

We are responsible for organising the ride we confirmed. We are not responsible for delay caused by traffic, weather, a closed road, or wrong details given at booking. The limit of liability is the one in Romanian law and in the vehicle insurance. We do not publish a figure here that is not in the company documents.

14Personal data

On a request we keep the name, phone, email, address, date, passenger count, luggage, flight number if you gave one, and the message. We use them to reply, to send the chauffeur, and to issue an invoice if you ask for one. We do not sell the list.

Privacy policy

15Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If one provision cannot be applied, the others stay in force.

16Changes to these terms

We can update this text on the site. A ride that is already confirmed stays on the conditions in that confirmation, not on a version published afterwards.
